1. Delivery Area

 


We currently ship to the following countries:

Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Croatia, and Slovakia.

 

 

 

2. Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Free shipping applies to all orders above €40 within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.

  • For all other countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

 

 

 

 

3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

 

 

  • Orders placed before 23:59 (CET) are processed and shipped the same day (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed after 23:59 will be shipped the following business day.

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

  • No shipments are processed on public holidays.

 

 

 

 

4. Delivery Times

 


We work with premium logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery:


Belgium – Next-day delivery (orders placed before 23:59 arrive the following day)

Netherlands – Next-day delivery (orders placed before 23:59 arrive the following day)

Germany – Next-day delivery (orders placed before 23:59 arrive the following day)

Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Croatia, and Slovakia – Estimated delivery time 2–3 business days after dispatch

 

 

 

5. Tracking Information

 


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track your order in real time from dispatch to delivery.

 

 

 

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

 


Although we strive to deliver all orders within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to seasonal demand, customs, or carrier capacity.
